Wages Spirits Club

Presenting the new Wages Spirits Club! An exclusive monthly experience for exploring the vast flavors of bourbon, whiskey, Scotch, gin, vodka, rum, and all sorts of spirits. Our subscription program allows us to bring you higher end spirits to taste and enjoy. 

NOTE: This new Spirits Club will begin after we have re-opened in our new downtown location!

MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
  • A taste (1/4oz) on new bottle opening days (Club openings and regular weekly openings up to 8 per month)
  • One 2oz pour of your choice from ANY* bottle per month (Club or regular; add on pours available)
    • *excludes ultra-premium pours
    • You may choose to have your pour made into a cocktail
    • Each 6 months of club gives you an ultra-premium pour OR some other premium benefit
  • 20% off ALL drinks on Wednesdays (pours, cocktails, beers, soda, etc)
  • Club opening days (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Wednesdays) includes optional social experience  that includes tasting evaluation discussion with historical tidbits. This can get really fun!

MONTHLY OPENING SCHEDULE
  • 1st Wednesday: New bottle of bourbon or whiskey

  • 2nd Wednesday: New non-barley bottle such as Tequila, Rum, etc

  • 3rd Wednesday: New bottle of Scotch

  • 4th Wednesday: Catch-up day (no new opening, but members still get together)

  • 5th Wednesday: Cocktail special when this rarity occurs which happens about 2 to 4 times a year
PRICE
Month-to-month base price paid in person is $50/mo (plus $20/mo for additional pours).

Subscriptions will become available after we have re-opened in our downtown location.

Discounts available as follows with automatic PayPal subscriptions OR pre-pay in person at our taproom:
  • $350 yearly (42% discount, just $2 more than previous club subscriptions)
    • PLUS entry for a drawing to win an extra pour
    • Add $139.20 for each additional pour ($11.60/mo)
  • $199 6months (35% discount)
    • Add $78 for each additional pour ($13/mo)
  • $125 3months (17% discount)
    • Add $49.80 for each additional pour ($16.60/mo)
  • $45 monthly  (10% discount)
    • Add $18 for each additional pour ($18/mo)
THE SMALL PRINT
  • This new Spirits Club changes from being specific to a certain type of spirit providing a greater selection of choices for you to experience. It also allows us to open up the club to more people!
  • After on shelf for 1 month, Club bottles become available to purchase by Club members only (including ultra-premium bottles)
  • After on shelf for 3 months, Club bottles may get released to the general public
  • To retrieve your pours, you have from the 1st Wednesday of the month through the 1st Wednesday of the next month. Pours WILL expire after the monthly cycle.
  • Your pours can come from the club shelf OR the regular shelf, and it can be on ANY day we are open (not “just” on club days).
  • Ultra-premium bottles will be available as a premium benefit each 6 months to those who maintain their dues for 6 months.
  • You can now choose to pay month-to-month OR pre-pay further in advance to get greater discounts.
  • As with anything, we may have to modify the structure of this club in the future. If we do, we’ll notify you of the changes and you can opt to remain in the club or cancel your membership at that time.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • Q: Why the structure change?
    • A: We’ve had the club at $29/month since the beginning, June 2020. Since then and especially due to the pandemic, costs have kept going up, but we never raised the price. At this point, it’s almost impossible to keep getting nicer bottles without raising the price, and that’s a big reason we’ve had to move towards more mid-range bottles instead of higher range bottles. So we designed this new plan to be able to up the quality, make the club accessible to more folks, AND make it simpler to run.
  • Q: How is this different from before?
    • A: We no longer have to keep track of who got what pour OR to keep bottles endlessly for months. We simply keep track of who got a pour in the current month.
  • Q: What if I can’t get my stuff because [enter reason here]?
    • A: We’re all about being fair. If you are sick, out of town, or any other significant life reason, just let us know and we will work it out with you!
